  • Attaching evidentiary materials, such as photos or documents, will greatly assist in the investigation of the reported violation.
  • For anonymous reports, investigations may not proceed if the factual relationship is unclear, or if the report is deemed false or malicious slander.
  • Matters involving slander not based on facts or personal privacy unrelated to the company will not be investigated.
