Reports should be as detailed as possible based on
the 5W1H principles and must contain only accurate facts.
Attaching evidence such as photos or documents
greatly assists in investigating the violation.
Investigations may not proceed if anonymous reports are
unclear, false, or deemed as malicious slander.
Slander not based on facts or matters regarding
personal privacy unrelated to the company will not be investigated.
